Tig Welding Safety Notes

When Operating a Tig Welder:

• All employees involved in the welding activities should be qualified Boilermakers/tradesmen and experienced trade assistants and labourers.
• Ensure cylinder is positioned vertically, restrained and protected from impact when transporting.
• Ensure MSDS is conveniently located during transit.
• Ensure that a trained first aid officer is always within the team involved in welding activities.
