Before Operating A Drill Press:
- No person is to use the drill press, unless trained to do so.
- Ensure the work area is clear.
- Do not use the equipment if there is any faults.
- Check that all guards are in place.
- Inspect drill bit for notches, cracks or bends and replace if necessary.
- Always place the item being drilled in a vice and tighten.
