Planning

  • Check for pits, gradients, uneven terrain
  • Check for overhead power-lines in close proximity
  • Clear stones, sticks, glass or other solid objects (tripping hazards) from area
  • Note: Do not work in No Go Zones of electrical power-lines unless de-energised/isolated and evidence of the continuing isolation of the power supply is obtained.
  • Ensure tool remains at least 15m clear of power-lines at all times.
