Inspect Bander - Ensure:
- Instructions for safe use available and legible.
- Controls are labelled and functional
- Power cord undamaged/good condition
- No trip, slip hazards present in work area
- No exposed moving parts
- Guards in place and undamaged (including under-bench guards, transmission, drive-belts etc)
- All adjusting keys, spanners and tools are removed before machine switched on
- Flammables/combustibles are kept at least 6m away
- Infeed/Outfeed fences are in good condition and set correctly for job and locked in place
- Upper and Lower guides are correctly positioned (banding should be able to slide easily)
